Just plant based, biobased, biodegradable, and compostable materials. Augie Bones are primarily made from PLA (polylactic acid) which is made from cornstarch cellulose. Other ingredients come from biobased, biodegradable, and compostable materials. Augie Bones are specifically formulated to chewexactlylike typical popular tough nylon/plastic dog toys. Dogs whittle away at an Augie Bone in the same way. We didnt want dogs to have a different chewing experience from what they already love. Just a healthier one. We dont coat our toys, the AAFCO certified hypoallergenic flavoring for Augie Bones is blended throughout the entire bone, so dogs get a flavorful chew from start to finish. The Mini – Up to 25 lbs Just the right size for your small tough chewer. The Mighty – Up to 30-90 lbs Larger than your average medium for a longer lasting chewer. The Mega – Up to 125 lbs Larger than your average large for a longer lasting chewer. Augie Bones are Prop 65 compliant and have passed all USA toxicity testing as non-toxic to dogs. All flavoring and colors are AAFCO certified and Hypoallergenic. Augie Bone materials have additionally just passed extensive toxicity testing for EU & UK certifications, as childrens toys.
