Copper Press is a mechanical joint created by compressing the valve or fitting onto copper pipe. It is sealed by a leak detection o-ring for a very long service life. The benefits to a copper press system are a huge time savings as well as the ability to work in situations where solder or torches can not be used. Copper Press Ball Valves can be used with the Milwaukee or Ridgid copper Press tools. The Nibco tool can also be used up to 2″ in diameter.
