Official Tasting Notes Colour: The deep, dark colour is a reflection of the depth of toffee flavours that make the blend so sumptuous and perfect for Christmas indulgence. Nose: Rich, deep and fruity with flavours of luxurious moist raisin fruitcake and sweet candy apples. Perfectly balanced with caramel toffees and soft ripe pears. Palate: Incredibly sweet with succulent tangy orange flavours and bursting with fruit, finishing with a superb taste of liquorice root and ginger. Finish: Very long round and sweet.
