1/2″ Stainless Steel PEX Clamps are made to the ASTM F2098 standard and are for use with PEX tubing and barbed Crimp fittings (F1807, F2159). The clamp is compressed on the PEX tubing holding the PEX barbed fitting in place. It makes a permanent 360º water tight seal. After clamping stainless PEX clamps, the diameter should be checked with a Go-No-Go Gauge, usually included with the PEX clamp tool. Stainless PEX clamps are versatile and easy to install.
